Seattle-- Position will support the home equity channel. Specific areas of practice are outlined as follows: Loan Documentation, Product Development and Policy Development: Develop and review lending documentation, policies and procedures for originating, processing, closing and servicing home equity and other types of consumer loans. Work closely with product management team on new product development and enhancement projects. Marketing Support: Review marketing materials for compliance with federal and state legal and regulatory requirements.
