Seattle Area – The legal department of this major hi-tech company is expanding and seeking someone to provide legal and technical expertise relating to hard goods and Internet antipiracy programs, operations and initiatives.

This attorney would Manage work assignments and staffing, be responsible for overseeing performance, and career development of the US based anti piracy team and, in general, manage anti-piracy programs and litigations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of eight years of related experience. Extensive experience managing Intellectual Property/Internet litigation and juggling competing priorities. Extensive knowledge of intellectual property, relevant technologies and terminologies. Advanced leadership and people management skills.
  • Effective project management experience.
    • Expert level writing skills.
