| Seattle--Esteemed financial institution's legal department has an opening for a paralegal to assist in the legal and regulatory compliance area. Duties include but are not limited to the following: respond to regulatory examiners' requests for information; assist in compliance of Federal Reserve Regulation O; assist in the preparation of applications for regulatory approval; and track pending regulatory and legislative proposals. Requires: At least three years experience as a corporate paralegal or as a Federal or State banking agency examiner; working knowledge of federal and state banking regulations; experience preparing regulatory communications; working knowledge of legal terminology relating to the regulatory process; strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel; strong written communication skills; Paralegal certificate is preferred.
